A Unique "Welcome" for All Genesis Models

HMG built an all-digital, automated “welcome” experience to support the entire Genesis lineup in the United States. The Genesis Owner Welcome Program was created to augment the brand/ownership experience and offer all new purchasers a surprise-and-delight, 100% digital gift selection. Further, HMG delivered unique gift selections to the owners of each individual Genesis model (by curating each selection around official model positioning and target-audience profiles).

An Efficient, Secure & 100% Digital Solution

Our client wanted a streamlined, easy-to-use, and secure platform – something that, once built, could efficiently scale (to support new models in the future) and wouldn't require much in the way of ongoing maintenance. To achieve these goals, HMG built a platform around three primary features. First, to authenticate users, we created a secure SSO by integrating with the brand's existing MyGenesis owner portal (where all new owners already had registered accounts). Second, in order to dynamically serve each specific model’s unique gift selection to authenticated users, we designed modular site templates and employed composable architecture throughout our entire platform. Lastly, to achieve expedient and "lightweight" fulfillment, we implemented real-time, automated gift fulfillment by automatically delivering each user's selected gift directly to their MyGenesis account/email address (promptly after each gift selection was submitted).
