Enhancing Customer Experiences in Automotive Financing
HMG designed a robust, scalable loyalty platform that would grant Chase Auto customers special access to a bevy of exclusive offers and experiences.
Chase Auto was looking to enhance the overall user experience for many of their automotive-finance users. They wanted an ongoing solution that would continuously deliver added value for drivers of select automotive brands (within the Chase Auto portfolio), including Land Rover and Subaru. HMG was challenged to design a solution that would integrate with the existing Chase Auto portal while delivering unique, branded experiences – in the most efficient manner possible – for each automotive brand partner.
What We Delivered
We started by producing a curated set of exclusive brand-partner offers and experiences for each individual automotive brand within the Chase Auto portfolio. Then, we designed 100% templated infrastructure to efficiently deliver these branded, added-value experiences for each authenticated Chase Auto customer. Lastly, we provided a solution to seamlessly integrate our new loyalty program into the existing Chase Auto portal (for secure user authentication and dynamic content rendering).
